Leon Z. G. Chen(陈灼刚),
Chair, Board of Directors

Leon Z. G. Chen is the Chairman of Asian American Enterprise
Group Inc., a full service Real Estate Brokerage and
Management firm specializing in the development and
application of brokerage, leasing, management and
developmental programs for multi-family, office, retail and
industrial space. Leon was born and educated in Mainland
China before coming to the United States. Using his talents
and insight, Leon founded Asian American Investment Group in
1986 and Asian American Enterprise Group Inc. in 1990. Leon
serves as chair of board of directors since 2007. He also
servs as Chairman of Guangdong Association of Texas, Belize
Trade and Investment Agent (Asian Region), Member of Boao
Forum for Asia, GuangDong Province Culture Society Vice
President, City of Houston Trade Representative officer in
Tianjin. |

Ziqi
Jing(靳自齐),
Vice Chair of Board of Directors

Mr Zichi Jing was a college professor at the Xian
Polytechnic University before immigrated to the US almost
twenty years ago. He enjoys his grandchildren and assists
them in their school activities. He loves attending varies
activities and teach taichi at the Chinese Civic Center
Senior Club. He involves in variety of Charity activity here
and in China. |

David Du(杜涌)
 |
Dr. David Du, as a professional engineer in State of Texas,
and currently work at Subsea 7 Inc.as Principle structure
engineer.
Dr. Du graduated with PH.D. from Rice University in 1990, he
is not only so successful academically and professionally,
but also involves a lot of community service, he served as
Chair of Board of Chinese Civic Center (1998 to 2000),
President of Shanxi Overseas Association (2000 to 2008), and
Committee member of China National QiaoLin Youth Committee.
Dr. Du has been living in Houston from 1986, his
contribution to our society and USA-China relationship
development in various areas has been greatly appreciated
and definitely will be presented more. |

Aaron Fu(傅庆农)

Aaron is the president of WINCA TECH GROUP, a world-class
manufacturer and supplier of Magnesium Alloys and Corrosion
Control Materials. Aaron is also the president of Guangdong
Association of Texas. He served as principle of Houston Hua
Xia Chinese School, secretary of America-China Chamber of
Commerce and the vice Chair of Texas A&M University Chinese
Students and Scholars Association. Aaron is married to Xin
Wang and they have three children. |

Harry Guo(郭玉祥)

Harry is the President of Alton Seafood, a food importer and
distributor in Houston. He has served on the board of
director of Chinese Civic Center since 1997. He was the vice
chair of board of directors from 2006 to 2007. Harry is also
a co-founder of Bao Shan Jing Library. He also served as
principal of Houston Hua Xia Chinese School from 1994 to
1998. He pursued his BA from Jilin University, China (1982).
Harry is married to Jian H. Li and they have two sons. |

William Q. Hua(许华章)

William is the owner of EHWA INC. and the vice president of
H.H.T. International Partnership, GRP. William was born in
Saigon in Vietnam. He also served as chairman of Houston-Shantou
Friendly Partnership City Association, Standing Member of
U.S. Republican Senatorial Inner Circle, advisor of U.S.
Houston MABIAD Asian under Major Bill White, Vice President
of Houston Republican Asian Branch, Vice President of Asian
American Voters Coalition, Deputy Secretary General The
G.U.C.O. from Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos, first President &
Permanent Honorary President of Sino-Indo-Chinese
Association of Texas U.S.A., President of Houston Alliance
For China's Peaceful Reunification, Founder & President of
Beida's Outstanding Achievement Awards Foundation in China,
Board member North American Chinese Educational Foundation
and Standing Advisor of The United Association of Chinese
Alumni at Great Houston. He is a graduate of OKLAHOMA STATE
UNIVERSITY. |

James M. Jing(靳敏)
MD

Dr. James Jing has been an attending physician at the
department of radiology at the St Lukes Episcopal Hospital
at Houston since 1997. He is the chief of Computer
Tomography in the department of radiology. He specializes in
the area of body imaging with research interest in
pulmonary, hepatic, biliary, pancreatic, nephritic,
intestinal diseases.
After finishing high school in China, Dr. Jing enrolled the
University of Texas at Austin with major in Electrical
Engineering. He graduated from the University of Texas at
Austin with Honors. Then, he attended the Graduate School of
Biomedical Science at Houston before entering The University
of Texas Medical School at Houston.
He completed one year of internal medicine internship in
Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans upon finishing medical
school. He returned to Houston to complete his radiology
residency and body imaging fellowship training before
joining the radiology department at the St Lukes Episcopal
Hospital. |

Yun
Chen (Grace) Li(李允晨)
 |
Yun C. (Grace Li), Managing Director, BFL Associates - an
Executive Search & Business Consulting Firm in Houston
Texas. Prior to BFL, Grace worked over 16 years in the
United Way system. She worked at the Fund Development
Division with United Way of Greater Houston since 1994 after
4 years of services as a Director/Deputy Executive Director
at the Chinese Community Center (a United Way Agency). Her
United Way professional work including Multi-Ethnic Markets
Campaign – Development of Asian Pacific Islander Community
Campaign in Greater Houston area and coordinated the Bay
Area and Fort Bend County Community Campaign.
Grace is volunteering with United Way International since
2005. She served as a Reference group member with United Way
International “Global Standard project”; participated at
United Way International World Assembly and Asian Pacific
Islander Regional conference. She is a speaker at United Way
International and Chinese Charity Federation sponsored
training series in China.
Her professional career outside of United Way includes
advocate and promote Multi-Culture Education and Chinese
community development in US. She is active in a variety of
civic and cultural organizations in Chinese American
communities including Trustee of the Foundation for US-China
Cultural & Educational Exchanges Inc; Chair of Board of the
Chinese Civic Center (00-04), President of the Chinese
School Association in the United States (97-99), Chair of
Board or Principal with Hua Xia Chinese School (93-97). She
pursued her Master Degree in Sociology from University of
Houston (1990) B. A from Eastern Mexico University (1987)
and, College of International Business in Shanghai
University, China (1985). She is a Project Blue Print
Graduates (Class XX, United Way of Greater Houston).

Frank Xu(徐松焕)

Frank is currently the executive vice president of Guangdong
Association of Texas. He has been a volunteer with the
Chinese Civic Center for more than 10 years. He served as
vice Chair of the board of directors of Chinese Civic Center
from 200-2002. He is also the director of Houston Alliance
For China's Peaceful Reunification and co-founder of Yi
Jianlian Fan Club in Houston. Frank is married and has one
son. |

Jun
Yang(杨俊)

Jun is presently the president of a business consulting firm
and a trading company. He has served on the board of
director of Chinese Civic Center since April 2000. He was
the vice chair of board of directors from 2002 to 2004 and
then chair of board of directors from 2004 to 2007. Jun also
serves on the Mayor White's Advisory Board of International
Affairs and Development. Jun is the president of the Greater
Houston Jiao Tong University Alumni Association and as a
director of Jiao Tong University Alumni Association of
America. Jun has organized many community fund-raising
events and performance shows, including chairing the Bao San
Jing Library Fund Raising Dinner in 1999, co-chairing the
2001 National Day Celebration Gala / Chinese Community 911
Victim Fund Raising Dinner in 2001, launching the capital
campaign to purchase the Chinese
Civic Center Building and organizing the <Teahouse>
performance in 2005. Jun has been living in Houston since
1998. He received his master degree from Texas A&M
University in 1998 and bachelor degree from Shanghai Jiao
Tong University in 1995. He is a graduate of United Way Blue
Print Class XXII. Jun is married to Lin Huang and they have
two sons. |

Elaine Zhang(张亦勤)

Elaine Zhang is currently the Vice President of China Real
Estate Group North America Investment, Co., a Texas company
focusing on real estate investment, development, and
management. Elaine is also a licensed lawyer in New York
State. Prior to joining China Real Estate Group, Elaine
worked in the Law Firm of John Gladney, and Tong & Sung, PC
respectively. Before practicing law in the US, Elaine had
years of legislative experiences working at the Legislative
Affairs Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic
of China. Elaine also served as the Chief Counsel of an
affiliate of China Real Estate Group in China. Elaine Zhang
graduated from University of California, Los Angeles, School
of Law, with a LLM degree, she also obtained LLB and LLM
degrees from China University of Political Science and Law.
