Maser Shi Xing Hao is a 32nd
generation warrior monk from the Songshan Shaolin Temple of
China. Sifu has spent the last 20+ years training in Chinese
martial arts. After spending 11 years studying at the
Shaolin Temple and traveling the world spreading Shaolin
Kung Fu and its philosophy, Master Shi Xing Hao settled in
Houston, TX. He has been teaching in the USA since 1998.

Kickboxing (San Da):
Chinese free fighting, competition full contact sparring
with kicks, punches, and throws
Tai Chi:
Movemnet that integrates body, mind and respiration, to
promote good health. This exercise is based on martial
applications. Tai Chi is a life long exercise.
Qi Gung:
A self healing art that combines movement and the focusing
of one's QI. Regular practice of this exercise can
strengthen one's internal organs as well as one's muscles
and tendons.
Meditation:
A state of inner peace and harmony, the search for inner
emptiness without searching. To achive this emptiness and
understanding of all thins this is called "Chan".
